Judge: Craig Griffin, Case: "Lovejoy v. Miramar Health, LLC, et. al.", Date: 2022-11-28 Tentative Ruling

The unopposed motion by Miramar Health, LLC, to compel plaintiff Tammy Lovejoy to provide responses to requests for production of documents, set one, and request for sanctions, is GRANTED IN PART. 

Defendant served requests for production of documents on plaintiff on May 3, 2022.  Plaintiff did not respond to the requests and the defendant filed the instant motion.  Code of Civil Procedure §2031.300 authorizes a party to make a motion for an order compelling response to a demand for production.

Accordingly plaintiff Tammy Lovejoy is ordered to provide responses to requests for production of documents, set one, within 30 days. 

The Court finds that sanctions are not warranted as to the motion.
