The Motion to be Relieved as Counsel of Record, filed by Carlos A. Gomez of The Dominguez Firm, LLP as to the representation of Plaintiff Jose Antonio Campuzano Rodriguez, primarily complies with C.R.C. 3.1362.  But the Proposed Order needs to be corrected  to show the pending motion to be relieved as to Ms. Castillo, set for 8/29/22. Moving counsel is to promptly submit a revised Proposed Order; the Motion will be granted upon approval thereof, with relief to be effective upon filing of a proof of service of that signed order on the client.
