TENTATIVE RULING:

Counsel Joshua Z. Feldman and Sevag M. Shirvanian’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for defendant Crystal Cruises, LLC is GRANTED, subject to the filing within five (5) court days hereof of a proposed order containing the address and phone number of defendant Crystal Cruises, LLC and the future hearing dates in this matter, namely, the Case Management Conference scheduled for January 18, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.  Once the Court signs the proposed order, counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.

Counsel for defendant is advised that, on September 1, 2022, Arthur J. Chapman and David A. Napper of Chapman Glucksman Dean & Roeb entered an appearance in this matter on behalf of defendant Crystal Cruises, LLC, albeit without submitting the mandatory Judicial Council Form MC-050 for Substitution of Attorney-CIVIL.
