The Court modifies the proposed order to indicate that trial is not yet set in this action and the next scheduled hearing is the Trial Setting Conference on November 30, 2022 at 9:30 AM in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse). The Court signs the order with the stated modifications. Counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the guardian of plaintiff’s heir.
