Counsel Steven J. Barkin and Law Offices of Steven J. Barkin’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for defendants Love Vintage, Inc. and Angie Kim is GRANTED. The Court will signs the proposed order, modifying Section 7.b to reflect that that 2/15/23 court date will also include a hearing on the Court’s Order to Show Cause referenced below. Counsel for defendants shall be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the clients.

Defendant Love Vintage, Inc. is ordered to appear on 2/15/23, at 8:30 a.m. in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse) and show cause why its operative Answer should not be stricken on account of its status as an unrepresented corporate entity.
