TENTATIVE RULING:

Defendants Lost Spirits Technology, LLC; Bryan Davis, Eleanor Kalman; George Kalman; GE Realprop, L.P.; and GE Realprop Management’s UNOPPOSED Motion to Consolidate Cases is GRANTED. Pursuant to CCP § 1048(a), the following actions are consolidated for all purposes: Jessica Licata v. GE Realprop, L.P. et al., Case No. 20STCV46826 and Zenith Insurance Company v. GE Realprop, LP, Case No. 21STCV06831.

The two actions involve common questions of law and fact concerning Jessica Licata’s trip and fall on a ramp located at 1235-1239 East 6^th Street in Los Angeles. (Cf. Poli Decl. ¶ 2 & Ex. A, ¶¶ 13, 14 [Complaint in Licata Action] with Poli Decl. ¶ 2 & Ex. B, GN-1 at ¶¶ 2, 4, Prem L-1 [Complaint in Zenith Action].) The plaintiffs in both actions seek damages from the alleged owners and operators of the premises, GE Realprop, L.P. and GE Realprop Management, LLC, for the incident.
