TENTATIVE RULING:

The UNOPPOSED applications of Caitlin R. Conroy, Esq. and Jason Nash, Esq. to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of defendants Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemicals Inc. and Fisher Scientific Company L.L.C. are GRANTED. The Court finds that the applications comply with all requirements of Cal. Rule of Court 9.40 and that applicants provided sufficient proof of service on the State Bar and payment of the requisite fee.

The Court will sign the Proposed Orders submitted electronically by defendants on July 12 and 13, 2022, with the title of the July 12 proposed order corrected to accurately reflect that it concerns “Jason Nash” instead of “Alison P. Myhre.”
