TENTATIVE RULING:

Counsel Timothy A. Lambirth and M. Renee Orth’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for plaintiff Trentyn Urick-Stasa is GRANTED.

The Court will signs the proposed order, electronically received November 18, 2022, with the following changes: (1) identify persons present at the hearing in section 2; (2) indicate the next scheduled hearing is the Case Management Conference on January 25, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in section 7; and (3) delete as redundant the reference to the Case Management Conference in section 8.

Counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.
