Plaintiff Sandra Binion’s Motion to Compel Deposition of Defendant Nissan North America, Inc.’s Person Most Knowledgeable is GRANTED. 

Because defendant does not object to the production of a Person Most Knowledgeable (Yu Decl. ¶ 3), defendant Nissan North America, Inc. is ordered to produce its Person Most Knowledgeable on _______________, 2022, at __________ a.m., via remote video deposition.

The Court notes that, because defendant asserted objections on February 2, 2022, at least three calendar days before the noticed deposition date of February 7, 2022, defendant may maintain the objections asserted in its February 2, 2022 response to plaintiff’s deposition notice. (CCP § 2025.410(a); Starr Decl. ¶¶ 2, 3, & Exs. 1, 2.)
