TENTATIVE RULING:

Counsel Nnana U. Awa’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel for defendants (1) Chong Sang Eric Tak, (2) OG Farmz, Inc., and (3) The One1 Entertainment, Inc. are GRANTED.

The proposed orders for OG Farmz, Inc. and The One1 Entertainment, Inc. do not have the last known telephone number in item 6. Based on counsel’s averment that defendant Tak has been the contact for the corporate defendants (Awa Decls. ¶¶ 2), the Court includes the last known telephone number of Tak, (213) 761-2772, as the last known telephone number for the corporate defendants in item 6 of the respective proposed orders. 

Based on the separately filed proofs of service, the Court also checks item 3(b) in the proposed order for OG Farmz, Inc. and The One1 Entertainment, Inc. to indicate that defense counsel served the corporate defendants by mail.

With the corrections to the proposed orders set forth above, the Court will enter the proposed orders. Counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proofs of service of the signed orders upon each of the clients.
