Counsel Joshua Klugman’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for Maverick Consulting Group, LLC is GRANTED. No later than two (2) court days from this hearing, counsel is ordered to separately lodge a proposed order for the Court’s signature. On item 7 of the proposed order, counsel shall indicate that the next scheduled hearing in this matter will be a Trial Setting Conference on _________, 2024, at 1:30 p.m., in Department 82 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse). 

Once the Court signs the proposed order, counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.
