TENTATIVE RULING:

The UNOPPOSED application of William R. Liles to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of United Parcel Service, Inc. (Ohio) is CONTINUED. Although counsel filed proof of service indicating that the application for pro hac vice admission was served on the State Bar of California in the San Francisco office, counsel does not indicate that the fee required under Rule 9.40(e) was paid to the State Bar of California. The Court otherwise finds that the application complies with all requirements of Cal. Rule of Court 9.40.

This matter is continued to October 18, 2022, at 8:30 a.m., in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse).  Applicant may file and serve supplemental materials, including proof of payment in accordance with Rule 9.40(e), by no later than October 11, 2022.
