TENTATIVE RULING:

Counsel Evan Livingstone’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for defendant Millett & Dominguez, LLC is CONTINUED to December 29, 2022, at 8:30 AM in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse).

While the Court can allow the withdrawal of an attorney representing a corporation, counsel does not set forth grounds for mandatory withdrawal under Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(a) or permissive withdrawal under Rule of Professional Conduct 1.16(b).

The proposed order does not have the current address and phone number of the client set forth in Item 6.

Counsel may file and serve an amended declaration and revised proposed order addressing the defects set forth above by no later than December 19, 2022.  Any response or opposition thereto, if any, shall be filed and served by no later than December 27, 2022.

Counsel Evan Livingstone is ordered to provide notice of this ruling and continued hearing date.
