TENTATIVE RULING:

Counsel Evan Livingstone’s Motion to be Relieved as Counsel for defendant Millett & Dominguez, LLC is GRANTED.

In Item 7 of the proposed order, the Court adds that the hearing on the demurrer and Case Management Conference will take place in Department 72 of the Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

The Court signs the proposed order. Counsel will be relieved effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client.

Defendant Millett & Dominguez, LLC is ordered to appear at 9:30 a.m., on January 24, 2023, in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse) and show cause why the operative Demurrer filed on September 26, 2022 should not be stricken as to Millett & Dominguez, LLC on account of its status as an unrepresented corporate entity.
