TENTATIVE RULING:

With respect to counsel DAG Law Firm, APC’s Motions to be Relieved as Counsel for plaintiffs Lashameka Collins, Dante Kimbrough, and Labrjon Shield, moving counsel must satisfy the following concerns by the Court.

With respect to item 6 in the proposed orders, it is unclear whether the listed addresses and phone numbers are correct.

Concerning the addresses, all three proposed orders state that the current address for all three plaintiffs is 641 N. Wilmington Blvd. Apt. 1, Wilmington, CA 90744. However, the proofs of service attached to all three motions state that plaintiffs were served with the motion papers at 1206 W. 84th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90004. Further, in item 3.a.(2) and 3.b.(1).(b) of the supporting declarations, counsel avers that plaintiffs were served by mail “at the client’s last known address with copies of the motion papers served with this declaration” (presumably the W. 84th Street address), which counsel confirmed by telephone as current within the past 30 days.

As for the phone numbers, the proposed orders list the phone number for plaintiffs Lashameka Collins and Dante Kimbrough as 310-987-2302, but, with respect to plaintiff Labrjon Shield, the phone number is indicated as 323-987-2302. Because plaintiff Collins is the appointed Guardian Ad Litem for plaintiff Shield, it is unclear why the phone number for plaintiff Shield is not the same as the phone number for plaintiff Collins. 

The Court thus requests clarification as to whether the addresses and phone numbers for plaintiffs listed in the proposed orders are correct.
