TENTATIVE RULING:

Defendants Sydney Atkins and Millett & Dominguez, LLC’s Demurrer to Complaint is CONTINUED.

On March 23, 2022, plaintiff Teresa Forshee filed a Notice of Related Case in the instant action and the probate proceeding Estate of Magdalena Burger, Case No. 21STPB10648. However, no ruling for the Notice of Related Case appears in either the file of the instant action or the probate proceeding. Plaintiff Teresa Forshee is ordered to serve and re-file the Notice of Related Case in the instant action and the probate proceeding and file the notice in Department 1. (See Local Rule 3.3(f)(2).)

Pending the resolution of the Notice of Related Case, the hearing on the Demurrer to Complaint is CONTINUED to March 9, 2023, at 9:30 AM, in Department 72 (Stanley Mosk Courthouse).
