On 10/28/24, plaintiff Los Angeles Dodgers LLC filed an Application for Right to Attach Order and for Issuance of Writ of Attachment as to defendant Stoli Group (USA), LLC.  On 12/10/24, defendant Stoli filed a Notice of Bankruptcy Filing and Automatic Stay Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362.

Based on the Notice of Stay and exhibits attached thereto, the Court hereby takes the Application for Right to Attach Order filed by Los Angeles Dodgers LLC OFF CALENDAR.
