TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff Ally Bank Lease Trust’s UNOPPOSED Application for Writ of Possession is GRANTED. The Court finds that plaintiff has established the probable validity of its claim to possession of the property, namely, a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee (VIN 1C4RJHAG1P8847331).

No undertaking is required. The amount owed ($43,065.06) exceeds the market value of the vehicle ($27,075 to $30,900). (CCP § 515.010; Caballero Decl. ¶¶ 6-7 & Ex. C.)

The Court will sign the Proposed Order for Writ of Possession, electronically received 3/27/25, as presented, with the exception of modifying paragraph 5d to reflect that defendant is required to post an undertaking of $28,000 for redelivery or to stay delivery.
