Ruling on Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transporation Authority’s Unopposed Motion to Deem Requests for Admission Admitted

            Having reviewed Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transporation Authority’s unopposed Motion to Deem Requests for Admission Admitted, the Court rules as follows.

            On April 4, 2022, Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transporation Authority served Requests for Admission, Set No. One on Plaintiff Tieshia Washington.  Responses were due May 16, 2022. Plaintiff Tieshia Washington has failed to provide timely responses.  Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transporation Authority now moves the Court to deem the requests for admission admitted. 

            The Court grants the motion pursuant to Code of Civ. Proc. § 2033.280 and deems the requests to be admitted.
