The Court finds that this case is not a Personal Injury Case under the Seventh Amended Standing Order for Procedures in the Personal Injury Hub Courts (Effective May 16, 2022), as well as the preceding Standard Order in effect at the filing of the complaint. This case is referred to the Supervising Judge in Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, for review and reassignment to an Independent Calendar Court.

On 8/24/22, the Supervising Judge in Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse  transferred to the Northeast District, Dept. 3, Alhambra Courthouse.

The Demurrer is off calendar in Dept. 28.  No further hearings will be held in Dept. 28, Spring Street Courthouse, regardless of whether or not matters are on the Dept. 28 docket.

Any re-scheduling of hearings is at the discretion of Dept. 3, Alhambra Courthouse.  Parties may call that Courthouse for instructions.
