The Court finds that this case is not a Personal Injury Case under the Seventh Amended Standing Order for Procedures in the Personal Injury Hub Courts (Effective May 16, 2022).

This case is referred to the Supervising Judge in Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, for review and reassignment to an Independent Calendar Court.

Department 1 will give notice to counsel for Plaintiff of a newly assigned department, and will be directed to give notice.  After the case is transferred, no further hearings will be held in Department 28, regardless of whether or not the hearings remain on Department 28's docket.

Counsel are reminded when filing cases, the most recent Civil Cover Sheet must be used to so that the case may be assigned to the correct department.
