The demurrer hearing will not be held in Department 28. 

The Court finds that this case was not a Personal Injury Case under the Seventh Amended Standing Order for Procedures in the Personal Injury Hub Courts when it was filed, or under the current Eighth Amended Standing Order. 

This case is referred to the Supervising Judge in Department 1, Stanley Mosk Courthouse, for review and reassignment to an Independent Calendar Court.

A copy of this minute order is forwarded to the Judicial Assistant in Department 1 on this date.

The hearing on Defendant Imbue Medical Corporation dba Elleve Medical Spa's Demurrer to Plaintiff's Complaint will not be heard in Department 28.  When a new court assignment is obtained, the moving defendant may contact the newly assigned courtroom to ask whether the demurrer and motion to Strike may re-scheduled by the department, or whether a new reservation must be made by the party.
