TENTATIVE RULING

Plaintiff Keith Sidlo’s former counsel, Scott R. Lord’s, motion to be relieved is counsel is denied as moot.

Plaintiff Keith Sidlo’s (“Sidlo”) (“Plaintiff”) former counsel, Scott R. Lord (“Lord”) moves to be relieved as counsel.  Plaintiff substituted out Lord and Golding + Lamothe as his counsel on October 1, 2024, and substituted in Ashley R. Fickel of Dykema Gossett LLP on October 25, 2024, rendering the instant motion moot.

Accordingly, Lord’s motion to be relieved as Plaintiff’s counsel is denied as moot.

Conclusion

Lord’s motion to be relieved as counsel is denied as moot.
