Plaintiff Wells Fargo Bank, National Association’s Request for Default Judgment

          Having considered all documents submitted in support of a default judgment, the Court rules as follows:

 

Background

On August 21, 2024, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Plaintiff”) filed its Complaint against Defendants T.C.Q. Incorporated, aka TCQ Inc and Teresa Arrington, aka Teresa Robinson Arrington, aka Teresa Robinson, aka Theresa Arrington (collectively, “Defendants”) for breach of contract (I), account stated (I), money lent (I), breach of guaranty (I), breach of contract (II), account stated (II), money lent (II), and breach of guaranty (II).

On October 15, 2024, the clerk entered default against Defendants.  On November 6, 2024, Plaintiff filed a Request for Court Judgment to be heard on December 11, 2024.

 

Party’s Request

Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a default judgment against Defendants and award Plaintiff a judgment of $111,500.83 consisting of $107,825.13 in damages, $2,968.25 in attorneys’ fees, and $707.45 in costs.

 

Discussion

Plaintiff submitted a completed default judgment packet, with all applicable attachments. The Court finds sufficient evidence to justify the requested award and grants Plaintiff Wells Fargo, National Association’s request in full.

 

Conclusion

The application for default judgment filed on November 6, 2024, is granted.  Judgment of $111,500.83 is entered against Defendants T.C.Q. Incorporated, aka TCQ Inc and Teresa Arrington, aka Teresa Robinson Arrington, aka Teresa Robinson, aka Theresa Arrington.

Plaintiff is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
