Defendant General Motors, LLC’s demurrer to Plaintiffs Rachid Chbarbi’s and Triple Black Limousine, LLC’s Complaint is overruled as moot. 

Defendant General Motors, LLC’s motion to strike portions of Plaintiffs Rachid Chbarbi’s and Triple Black Limousine, LLC’s Complaint is denied as moot. 

 

Defendant General Motors, LLC (“GM”) (“Defendant”) demurs to Plaintiffs Rachid Chbarbi’s (“Chbarbi”) and Triple Black Limousine, LLC’s (“TBL”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) Complaint.[1]

Defendant moves to strike portions of Plaintiffs’ Complaint.  (Notice MTS, pg. 1.)

 

Background

Plaintiffs filed their initial Complaint on December 9, 2024.  Defendant filed its motion to strike on February 13, 2025.  Plaintiffs filed the operative first amended complaint (“FAC”) on May 12, 2025.

 

Discussion

In light of the fact that Plaintiffs filed their FAC, Defendant’s motion to strike portions of Plaintiffs’ initial Complaint is denied as moot.

 

Conclusion

Defendant’s motion to strike is denied as moot.
