Pursuant to Superior Court of San Diego County, Local Rules, rule 4.23.7, the Court's tentative ruling is as follows: The Motion for Sanctions for Failure to Attend Mediation filed by Jennifer Tutterrow-Koenig (ROA 122) is CONTINUED to February 29, 2024, at 2 p.m.

On November 20, 2023, Jennifer Tutterrow-Koenig ('Petitioner') filed a Motion for Sanctions for Failure to Attend Mediation by Completion Date. (ROA 122.) On January 19, 2024, Eric Tutterrow ('Respondent') filed an opposition to the motion. (ROA 130.) On January 23, 2024, Petitioner filed a reply, requesting a continuance of the motion based on a filing error. (ROA 134.) Petitioner asserts that the motion was inadvertently filed without page three and the error was discovered on January 19, 2024, and the motion papers were reserved on Respondent that same day. (See ROA 132, Proof of Service filed Jan. 19, 2024.) Given service of the correct motion papers on January 19, 2024, the Court finds good cause to continue the hearing, to allow full briefing by both sides.

Therefore, the motion is CONTINUED to February 29, 2024, at 2 p.m.

Counsel for Jennifer Tutterrow-Koenig is directed to serve written notice of ruling on all parties in accordance with the provisions of CCP § 1019.5(a).
