deffendant houston hospitality llc’s motion to set aside default

 

 

BACKGROUND

            On June 25, 2024, Plaintiff Alonzo Cornelius Avera filed this action for negligence and premises liability against Defendant 1645 NW, LLC and Does 1 through 100.

            On June 13, 2024, Plaintiff filed a request for entry of default against Defendant Houston Hospitality LLC (Doe 4). The request was rejected on June 14, 2024.

            On June 25, 2024, Defendant Houston Hospitality LLC filed the instant motion to set aside default.

CONCLUSION

            The motion is moot because no default has been entered against this Defendant. Defendant shall file a responsive pleading within 5 days of this order.
