motion to compel further responses to plaintiff’s request for production of documents, set one

           

            On May 16, 2024, Defendant FCA US LLC (“Defendant”) served supplemental responses to Plaintiffs’ Request for Production of Documents, Request 45 & 46.  (See, Decl. Fischer, Ex. 4.)   As such, Plaintiffs’ motion is moot.  The Court does not award sanctions, as it finds both sides acted with substantial justification.
