The Motion to Set Aside Judgment of Dismissal and Reinstate Case, filed on 5/26/22 by counsel for Plaintiff Luzviminda Mendoza (“Plaintiff”), as to the dismissal previously entered by the Court on 2/9/21 is GRANTED.  The supporting Prussak Decl. demonstrates that errors on the part of the prior handling attorney led to the dismissal.

Plaintiff is to promptly serve the named defendants and file proofs of service reflecting same.  A Case Management Conference is set for November 1, 2022.  Mr. Prussak, as current counsel for Plaintiff, is also to give notice of this ruling and of the pending CMC.
