The Motions to be Relieved as Counsel, filed by moving counsel Burkhalter Kessler Clement & George LLP on 6/20/23, seeking orders to be relieved as counsel for Defendants Real Estate Xperts, Inc., Sunil Kirit Mehta, and O.Rhyan Capital Management, LLC is GRANTED, with relief to be effective upon filing of a proof of service showing service of the resulting order on the client.

The motion meets the requirements of C.R.C. 3.1362 and contains a showing of good cause.  While the court is aware of (and sympathetic with) plaintiff’s concerns, the court finds that, on balance, justice is best served by not forcing counsel to proceed under these circumstances.   

Moving counsel is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
