The motion by plaintiff Ahide Larios to compel responses to form interrogatories, set one, and for sanctions is DENIED.

While plaintiff states that he served interrogatories on the defendant and that no response was received, plaintiff has not submitted admissible evidence as to what specific interrogatories were served on the plaintiff or are the subject of the instant motion.  Further, the Notice of Motion states that the plaintiff is seeking relief based on Code of Civil Procedure §2031.300 -- but this section applies to document demands and therefore does not warrant an order compelling responses to interrogatories.  Plaintiff also states in the Notice of Motion that plaintiff is requesting sanctions based on Code of Civil Procedure §2031.300(c) -- but this section does not authorize sanctions for the subject motion.
