The motion by plaintiffs Jesus Rodriguez and Nancy Rodriguez to compel FCA US LLC to provide further responses to Requests For Production of Documents, Set One, is MOOT.

On 11/15/22 the Court entered an Order governing discovery in this case. The order states at ¶1(a): “Absent written agreement of the parties to the contrary, any formal discovery propounded and currently pending or outstanding by a party in this matter prior to the date of this CMC Order is stayed pending further order of the Court.” This applies to all discovery served in this case and any attempts to obtain further responses to discovery previously served in this case. The Order sets forth in ¶2 a detailed set of categories of documents for which both parties bear the burden of production within 45 days from the date of the Order. If the parties believe that additional document requests are necessary after production of the specified documents, the parties may either stipulate or obtain a further Order of this court via regularly noticed motion upon a showing of good cause.

The moving party is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
