Before the Court are the unopposed applications of attorneys Peter J. Biging and Jason Kaner to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of Defendant, The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC (“Liberty”).  Moving attorneys have complied with the requirements set forth in California Rules of Court, Rule 9.40.  Accordingly, the Applications are GRANTED.
