The Motion to be Relieved as Counsel of Record, filed by Tony Cara of CDLG, PC as to the representation of Plaintiffs Severo Tlatenchi Blanco and Mayra Tlatenchi (“Plaintiffs”), is GRANTED -- subject to submission of proposed Orders providing the new pending dates based on the 1/5/23 CMC, and a correction for each Proposed Order in box 5(a) that relief is to be effective upon filing of a proof of service of the signed order on the client.
