The unopposed Motions to be Relieved as Counsel of Record, filed by Paymon Bidari, as to the representation of defendants Cecil Murrieta and Juan Carlos Almanza are GRANTED subject to submission of a corrected proposed order that accurately lists the pending hearings scheduled in paragraphs 7 and 8.  The currently pending hearings are a Case Management Conference on 10/17/23 and a Demurrer on 12/11/23.  The relief will become effective upon filing of a proof reflecting service of the resulting orders on the clients. 

Moving counsel is ordered to give notice of this ruling.
