There is no opposition to the motion.  The Court, not having been presented with any reason not to grant the motion, and having reviewed the briefing and the Complaint, now GRANTS the motion to transfer venue.  The matter is transferred to the Van Nuys branch courthouse of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  Plaintiff is ordered to pay all transfer fees under CCP sec. 399.

The issue of sanctions will be addressed at the hearing.
