The motions of Mark B. Plummer, Law Offices of Mark B. Plummer, PC,  to be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant/Cross-Complainant TagTrends Inc. and Defendant Brand Genetix, Inc., are granted. 

Law Offices of Mark B. Plummer, PC, did not provide a current telephone numbers for Defendant/Cross-Complainant TagTrends Inc. and Defendant Brand Genetix, Inc., on the proposed orders.  Counsel should be prepared to provide the telephone numbers, so that the court can sign the proposed orders.

Upon the signing of the orders, Law Offices of Mark B. Plummer, PC shall serve the signed orders on Defendant/Cross-Complainant TagTrends Inc. and Defendant Brand Genetix, Inc. and all parties.  Law Offices of Mark B. Plummer, PC will be relieved as counsel of record for Defendant/Cross-Complainant TagTrends Inc. and Defendant Brand Genetix, Inc., effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed orders upon the clients and all parties.  Service shall be by mail and electronic service. 

Defendant/Cross-Complainant TagTrends Inc. and Defendant Brand Genetix, Inc. cannot represent themselves. They must seek legal representation and have counsel file substitution of counsel forms. Failure to retain an attorney may lead to striking the pleadings, among other things.
