Defendant Shady Canyon Golf Club, Inc. includes additional evidentiary matter with its replies in response to Plaintiff’s argument in his oppositions that the instant discovery motions should have been taken off-calendar because Plaintiff provided supplemental responses to the discovery at issue.  Plaintiff Jose Martinez-Duran should be prepared to address the evidence raised in Defendant Shady Canyon Golf Club, Inc.’s replies.  (See Jay v. Mahaffey (2013) 218 Cal.App.4th 1522, 1538.)  The parties should be prepared to address the arguments raised in the replies.
