The motion of Ben W. Pourcho of the Pourcho Law Group, P.C., to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Joseph Morinello, is granted.  Upon the signing of the order, the Pourcho Law Group shall serve the signed order on Plaintiff and all parties.  The Pourcho Law Group will be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client and all parties. 

The Pourcho Law Group shall give notice of the ruling to Plaintiff and all parties.
