It is unclear whether Defendants/Cross-Complainants/Cross-Defendants Team Laguna, Inc. DBA RE/MAX Coastal Luxury and Danielle Purcell’s unopposed motion for determination of good faith settlement was properly served on Defendant/Cross-Complainant/Cross-Defendant Fatemeh Hashemian.  The motion was served by electronic mail on all parties.  (Mot., Proof Service.)  The notice of non-opposition to motion was also served by electronic mail on all parties.  (Not. of Non-Opp., Proof of Service.)  Hashemian is a self-represented litigant and does not appear to have affirmatively consented to electronic service.  (Cal.
