Defendants Alireza Farighi, D.D.S. and Alireza Farighi, D.D.S., Inc. dba Smile Designer’s motions to compel initial responses to requests for production of documents, form interrogatories, and special interrogatories, sets one, are moot, except for sanctions.

After the motions were filed, Plaintiff Shokoufeh Amindaralzarbi provided responses without objections, which were completed when the verifications were served on June 10, 2022.  Defendants are awarded sanctions against Plaintiff.  Within 30 days of the notice of ruling, Plaintiff shall pay monetary sanctions for the motions in a total amount of $905 to Brian P. Kamel & Associates.  (Code Civ. Proc., 2023.030, subd. (a); Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1348(a).) 

Defendants shall give notice of the rulings.
