The motion of Thomas V. Perea from the Law Office of Thomas V. Perea, P.C. to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Rafael F. Barbosa, is granted.

The court hereby continues the case management conference from October 21, 2022 to February 10, 2023 at 9 am in Department C21.  The court hereby sets a hearing on an order to show cause regarding dismissal for failure to prosecute, for February 10, 2023 at 9 am in Department C21.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 583.420, subd. (a)(1).) 

The court will modify the proposed order to reflect the next scheduled hearings. Upon signing the order, the Law Office of Thomas V. Perea, P.C. shall serve by mail the signed Order on Plaintiff. The Law Office of Thomas V. Perea, P.C. will be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff effective upon filing of the proof of service of the signed order on the client and any parties who have been served with the summons and Complaint.

The Law Office of Thomas V. Perea, P.C. shall mail-serve notice of the ruling upon Plaintiff.
