Counsel should be prepared to discuss whether reconsideration of the March 18, 2022 order is warranted.  (Le Francois v. Goel (2005) 35 Cal.4th 1094, 1096-1097.)  Among the items that counsel should also be prepared to discuss are the following: the passage of time since arbitration was ordered; Plaintiff Thomas Bae's decision not to appeal the March 18, 2022 order; whether there has been a change in the law; Felisilda v. FCA US LLC (2020) 53 Cal.App.5th 486, 495; Ford Motor Warranty Cases (2023) 89 Cal.App.5th 1324, 1334, review granted July 19, 2023, S279969; and Montemayor v. Ford Motor Company (2023) 92 Cal.App.4th 958 [310 Cal.Rptr.3d 82].
