The motion of Setareh Law, to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Ricardo Prado, is granted. 

The court has modified the proposed order to include upcoming hearing dates.  Upon the signing of the order, Setareh Law shall serve the signed order on Plaintiff and all parties.  Setareh Law will be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon the client and all parties.

Setareh Law shall give notice of the ruling.
