The motions of Harris Grombchevsky LLP, by Stan A. Grombchevsky, counsel of record for Defendants (1) AB Capital, LLC, (2) Luna Construction Management, LLC, (3) Cal Pac Mortgage Fund, LLC, (4) Cal Pac Management, LLC, (5) Joshua Pukini, and (6) Joshua Pukini as trustee of the Joshua R. Pukini Trust dated 6/27/13, to be relieved as counsel for each of Defendants are granted. 

Upon the signing of the proposed orders, counsel shall serve the signed orders on Defendants and the other parties to the action.  Counsel will be relieved as counsel of record for each of Defendants effective upon the filing of the proof of service of the signed order upon that Defendant. 

Defendants AB Capital, LLC, Luna Construction Management, LLC, Cal Pac Mortgage Fund, LLC, and Joshua Pukini as trustee of the Joshua R. Pukini Trust dated 6/27/13 cannot represent themselves. They must seek legal representation and have counsel file substitution of counsel forms. Failure to retain an attorney may lead to striking the pleadings, among other things. 

The Court hereby sets a status conference regarding counsel for Defendants AB Capital, LLC, Luna Construction Management, LLC, Cal Pac Mortgage Fund, LLC, and Joshua Pukini as trustee of the Joshua R. Pukini Trust dated 6/27/13 for January 20, 2023 at 9 am in Department C21. 

Counsel for Defendants shall give notice of the ruling.
