Plaintiff Staicy Rojas' motion to compel further responses to special interrogatories (set one), nos. 1-6, 21-24, 30-31, 33, and 36-42, is denied.

The cut-off date for hearing non-expert discovery motions, like the one at issue, has passed.  (Code Civ. Proc., § 2024.020.)  Trial is ten days away on June 26, 2023.  Although Plaintiff filed the motion on March 9, 2023, she did not come in ex parte to address the cut-off issue. 

Defendant General Motors, LLC shall give notice of this ruling.
