NO TENTATIVE RULING

The proof of service for Defendants Fresch Electric Bikes and Jay Fresch's motion to compel further responses to their special interrogatories, set one, from Plaintiff Ian Rogers indicates that it was served only by electronic mail.  (ROA 83.)  The separate statement was likewise only served by electronic mail.  (ROA 25, 27.)  The proofs of service for the moving papers, however, do not fully comply with Code of Civil Procedure section 1013b, subdivision (b)(1), which requires the electronic service address of the person making the electronic service.  No opposition has been filed.

The parties should be prepared to address whether Plaintiff was properly served with the moving papers.
