TENTATIVE RULING:

Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record.

Attorneys Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos LLP, Mike Arias, and Craig Momita move to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Andrea Allen. For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED.

The court has reviewed the materials submitted by Moving Counsel and finds that counsel has complied with the requirements of Rule 3.1362.

The court’s order shall become effective upon the filing of a Proof of Service showing service of the signed order on Plaintiff Andrea Allen.

The clerk is ordered to update the following portions of the Proposed Order for the court’s signature:

-          Section 2 to include the appearances at hearing

-          Section 7(a) to reflect that the next scheduled hearing is set for 09/14/2022 at 9:00 a.m. in Department N16

-          Section 7(b) to reflect that the next scheduled hearing will concern: (1) Defendant’s motion to compel deposition of Plaintiff; and (2) Defendant’s motion to compel further responses to Defendant’s Special Interrogatories (Set Two)

-          Section 8 to reflect that the additional hearings and proceedings include: 02/24/2023 at 9:00 a.m. in Department N16, Pretrial Conference
