TENTATIVE RULING:

Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record.

Attorney Corey A. Hall moves to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Dana Barto. For the following reasons, the motion is CONTINUED to 8/24/22 in this Department at 9:00am.

Moving Attorney Hall did not provide sufficient evidence to show Attorney Hall confirmed the address used for service is the client’s current address.  The court also notes that the client filed a Notice of Change of Address (ROA 78) on 7/15/22.

No later than 8/3/22, Moving Attorney shall file and serve an amended Declaration (MC-052): showing service at the new address reflected in the Notice of Change of Address filed by client on 7/15/22 (ROA 78); and providing client with updated pretrial conference and trial dates.

Any opposition to this motion shall be filed and served no later than 8/18/22.

The pretrial conference is continued to 1/13/23 in Department N16 at 9:00am.

The trial is continued to 1/17/23 in Department N16 at 9:00am.

All expired pretrial deadlines, including the fact discovery cut-off date, remain closed.
