TENTATIVE RULING:

Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel of Record.

Attorney Corey A. Hall moves to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Dana Barto. For the following reasons, the motion is GRANTED.

The court finds that Plaintiff’s filing of a substantive objection and opposition to the motion waives any objection based on defects in service.

The court has reviewed the materials submitted by Moving Counsel Hall and finds that counsel has complied with the requirements of Rule 3.1362.

The court’s order shall become effective upon the filing of a Proof of Service showing service of the signed order on Plaintiff Dana Barto.

Pretrial conference remains on 01/13/2023 at 9:00AM in this Department.

Jury trial remains on 01/17/2023 at 9:00AM in this Department.

The clerk is ordered to make the following changes on the proposed order filed by Moving Counsel Hall (ROA 75):
